Split from patch in phpGH-15922 since lazy ghosts are 8.4+

CI will fail until after #15922 gets merged |

It seems that since I wrote these tests the underlying code was updated such that it complains about undefined constants when running newLazyGhost(), not worth trying to recreate the original error conditions with lazy ghosts to add a test case |
